Hope that Everyone is having a great weekend!
A couple of days ago, I turned on the TV to keep me company while folding laundry. For some reason, having the TV on can make boring jobs like folding laundry tolerable.
Anyway, the movie ‘Julie & Julia’ was on. I’ve seen it before and I really like it, probably because I’m a devoted Foodie! But, there is this one scene where the main character, Julie Powell, and her husband are devouring a dish of tomato bruschetta and it just makes me so hungry! If you’ve seen the movie, my guess is that you know what I mean…
Well, I found the recipe online. I know, probably any recipe for bruschetta would have been fine and, in fact, you can easily say that making bruschetta doesn’t even require a recipe. But I really wanted to try it out like in the movie and I did. And, it was really good! So very yummy! And, I wanted to share!
Try it for an easy, fast dinner. And, let me know what you think!

I have been trying to find this recipe ever since I saw Julie&Julia. It looked so delicious! I am going to try it out this week! Thank you!
