Clip, clip, clipping masks!

by Mary on June 25, 2010

Hi Friends,

When I’m working on my digital scrapbooking, I use clipping masks often. Clipping mask can be a powerful tool in digital scrapbooking because they allow you to make images in Photoshop take on the shape of another layer. And, with clipping masks, you can do this is a totally non-destructive way so that you can change the shape or even remove it in the future if you want and the image that you clipped to that shape is there just like it was before you created the clipping mask.

But, as wonderful of a tool that clipping masks are, I have found that a lot of people are uncomfortable working with them. So, when I saw a new tutorial on working with clipping masks, I wanted to let you all know about it. I think you’ll find it very helpful!

Happy Scrapping!

Mary
